Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Wader XL Polarized Sunglasses by Costa Del Mar, a perfect combination of style and functionality in a brushed silver frame and blue mirror lenses. Made with durable Hydrolite rubber temple composition and featuring Costa 580G polarized glass lenses, these sunglasses offer 100% UV protection and optimal performance for boating or fishing in deep waters. The adjustable, nonslip nose pads ensure a comfortable fit, while the C-Wall Molecular Bond coating enhances scratch resistance and repels water, oil, and sweat. Dimensions are 58-16 with a frame width of 137 mm and base curve of 6, packaged with a Costa case and cleaning cloth.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
