Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Women's Dizzy Backpack by Consuela, crafted in a chic snake skin pattern with dizzy snake embossed leather. This stylish backpack boasts a roomy design, accommodating laptops up to 16 inches in the main compartment, secured with both a drawstring and magnetic flap closure. It features a hidden side zipper pocket, two exterior slide pockets, and a full-length exterior zipper compartment for organization. Made in Mexico, the backpack includes comfortable leather straps with adjustable woven detail, measuring 12” (W) x 15” (H) x 5 ½” (D) with a 20”- 25 ½” adjustable strap length.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
