Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
These water and stain-resistant shoes are suited for fishing and urban activities. The upper is made from 50% polyester and 50% recycled polyester mesh with the Navic Fit System for midfoot lockdown and drainage ports for water release. The midsole is 100% EVA using the Omni-Max Techlite system, featuring heel and midfoot stabilization, forefoot and heel deflection domes for impact reduction, and forefoot flex grooves. The outsole is 100% rubber with razor siping for wet traction. The footbed is 100% PU and the lining is 100% polyester. One shoe weighs 10.7 oz / 302.2 g in a size 8 UK / 42 EU. It is imported.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
