Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Carolina K Mama Pants, a stunning collaboration with Hungarian artist Enikö Katalin Eged, perfect for making a statement. These black straight-leg pants are crafted from 100% organic cotton twill and feature unique cream-colored ornate hand-appliqué at the hem and star-shaped details on the upper thigh and lower leg. Designed with side adjusters and a pull-on closure for a comfortable fit, they are lined for added comfort. Care for them by hand washing and laying flat to dry.

Why this is final sale

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.

Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
