Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This men's long sleeve piece features a hooded neckline and a durable water repellent finish to keep you dry in light rain. Crafted from either a 75% cotton/25% polyester blend or a 55% cotton/45% polyester blend, it includes a three-piece jersey-lined hood with drawcord for added warmth. Designed with a pull-on closure, it offers rib-knit cuffs and waist to keep the weather out, along with a front handwarmer pocket complete with a hidden security pocket.
