Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Cara Cara New York Women's Wensington Dress is a stunning maxi piece in a floral print with adjustable spaghetti straps for a custom fit. This A-line silhouette features a fitted bodice with decorative topstitching and a chic cut-out detail. The skirt boasts a godet design at the princess seams, adding volume and flair, and is lined with viscose chiffon, while the dress itself is fully lined in linen and silk. Closure is achieved with an invisible zipper and hook-and-eye, and the dress is recommended for dry clean care.

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
