Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Ciara Cropped Top by BTB Los Angeles is an elegant linen-cotton blend piece featuring spaghetti straps with a striking black running dot trim on an ivory base. This top is fully lined with cotton voile, offering a comfortable yet fitted silhouette that sits just above the waist. The adjustable back straps with O-ring and slider ensure a custom fit, complemented by an invisible back zipper. Composition: Main 55% Linen, 45% Cotton; Lining: 100% Cotton. Care Instructions: Dry clean only. Length approx. 9.5" from top edge; chest approx. 17.25" on size Small.
