Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted from full grain, chrome- and formaldehyde-free 100% vegetable-tanned leather, these Chelsea boots feature dual goring panels and a pull tab for easy wear. They boast a full leather lining, cushioned leather footbed, and a leather outsole with a rubber plate for enhanced grip. Handmade in León, Mexico, with Goodyear welt construction, they promise longevity and easy resoling. The boots feature a 1-inch heel and 5.25-inch shaft height.
