If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted from a comfortable cotton blend composed of 94% cotton, 5% polyester, and 1% spandex, these shorts offer a regular fit with a high-rise cut. Closure is a convenient pull-on style, and pockets are included for functionality. Care instructions include machine wash separately in cold water, wash inside out, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and warm iron if needed. Model is wearing size 26/S (5'8" height, 33.5" bust, 23.6" waist, 35" hips).

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
