Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These glasses feature a frame and temple made from recycled acetate, embodying sustainability and style. Made in Italy, they offer a square/rectangle shape adorned with a saddle nose bridge. Lens specifications include a temple length of 145mm, lens width of 55mm, and bridge width of 16mm, and they come with a designer case and cleaning cloth for protection.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
