If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Women's Small Monaco Quilted Sling Bag by Balenciaga, a striking mini bag in chic pink. Crafted from 100% calfskin leather with a patent leather coated finish, it features a quilted design with distressed details and a foldover turn or twist-lock closure. Measuring 10.5" in length, 4" in width, and 6.5" in height, it includes an interior zip pocket and silver-tone hardware with distinctive double BB logos. Designed with a single shoulder strap with a 7.5" drop, it’s meticulously made in Italy. Care: Specialist clean only.

Shipping
