Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted with a full-grain leather and suede blend, these Western-inspired ankle boots feature an 8" height with a five-row stitch pattern and a clear Duratread™ sole in a cosmic coral pattern. Designed for comfort, the boots include 4LR™ technology for support, mesh lining, and a lightweight EVA midsole. Completing the look with a square toe and a 1.5" horseman heel, they combine functionality with flair.
