Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These cowboy boots feature a durable Goodyear welt construction, an 11" shaft height, and a wide square toe, providing classic Western appeal. Designed with premium full-grain leather and suede, they include ATS ergonomic support for uneven terrain and TekStep cushioning for all-day comfort. With a sturdy Duratread outsole and removable All Day Cushioning insole, these boots are ready to be your trusty companion at any country concert or ranch gathering. Heel height is 1.5", and they come with a horseman heel style.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
