Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Crafted from a cotton blend, this piece boasts intricate lace detailing and a structured collar. The button-front closure adds versatility for day-to-night styling. Made in China, it measures 20.5" in length with a bust of 41" and sleeve length of 12" in a size small. Care includes machine wash cold. Model is 5'10.5" with measurements: 32" bust, 24" waist, and 35" hips.
