If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Elevate your wardrobe with the Joss Dress by Amanda Uprichard, a chic mini silhouette in grey multi featuring an elegant off-the-shoulder neckline. Crafted from 97% polyester and 3% spandex, it showcases an allover floral print, fitted bodice, and a stylish curved hem. With a sheath fit and dimensions of about 32" from shoulder to hem, this dress is finished with smocked sides and a concealed back zip. Originating from China, it requires dry cleaning to maintain its pristine condition. Model is 5’10” tall.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
