Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Featuring playful spacedye yarns and a textured knit, this sweater showcases long, elongated fitted cuffs that complement its puff shoulder detail and balloon shaped sleeves. Made from a soft blend of 60% Polyester and 40% Acrylic, it is slightly cropped with a length of 21 inches, a bust of 18 inches, and a sleeve length of 26 1/4 inches. Pull-on style. Dry clean only.
