If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This slim fit, mid-rise design features a button fly closure and is crafted from a comfortable cotton blend consisting of 99% regenerative cotton and 1% elastane. With a 9.75" rise, 28.5" inseam, and 13" leg opening, these jeans offer a true-to-size silhouette enhanced by fading, marbling, and whiskering details. Made in Turkey, they are perfect for pairing with fitted tops or oversized knits, and can be machine washed cold inside out and tumble dried low for easy care. Model is 5'10" and wears a size 27.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
