Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These high-waisted jean shorts are crafted from AG Cloud Soft Denim™ with an 8.7 oz. Hyper Soft Bull Denim blend of 93% cotton, 6% polyester, and 1% elastane, providing subtle stretch and a velvety feel. Designed with practical workwear-inspired pockets and a zip closure, they offer a comfortable fit with a 10 1/2" front rise, a 24" bottom opening, and a 3.5" inseam. Care for them with ease: machine wash and tumble dry. Model is wearing size 26.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
