Final Sale

All items are final sale so we can pass along the best possible prices. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Details
Step into comfort and style with the Aetrex Women's Zoey Slip On Boot from the Heelium™ Collection. This black leather boot features a soft upper with elegant pleats and a 1.25" chunky heel for a minimalist look. With a rubber outsole and removable insole, it offers stability and support, aided by the Aetrex Orthotic System for arch support and comfort. Perfect for fall, its weatherproof design ensures it's ready for any adventure, while antimicrobial lining keeps odors at bay.

Why this is final sale

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
