Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Featuring a high-rise, wide-leg silhouette with classic fit, side seam detailing, and logo hardware, this jean offers a stylish flair. Crafted from a 99% Cotton, 1% Elastane blend, it boasts an inseam of 32” and a leg opening of 19”. Closure: Button closure. Care instructions recommend turning inside out, machine washing cold with similar colors, avoiding bleach, and tumble drying on low; it can also be ironed on low if needed or dry cleaned. Model is 5'10" and wears a size 27.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
