Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

High-rise cropped bootcut silhouette, complemented by a zip fly with button closure and a classic 5-pocket design. They have a stylish frayed raw-cut hem and are crafted from a blend of materials including 56% cotton, 19% modal, 18% lyocell, 6% polyester, and 1% spandex. Machine washable. The model is 5'9.5" tall and wears a size 24. Specific measurements for the jeans include an inseam of 26.0 inches, a rise of 9.5 inches, a knee opening of 12 inches, and a leg opening of 15 inches. Made in Mexico.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
