While the vest can be worn alone, it is not recommended to use only the wings without the vest. 80% neoprene, 20% polyester; Lined with 100% EPE foam. WARNING: This is not lifesaving equipment. Should only be used in water where the child can touch the bottom. Does not protect against drowning. Use only under constant supervision and not during boating.
